As ludicrous as it is to think that you can surgically alter your race, at least race IS a spectrum (there are all manner of racial and ethnic groups, with blurred boundaries and distinctions, and you can be 50% black, 10% black, etc) - whereas sex is a particularly clear-cut example of a binary distinction (wrongly claimed to be a spectrum).

I saw this person on GMTV yesterday. I felt sorry for them for being so deluded.
According to my younger dd who is VERY knowledgeable about K-pop, Jimin (and all of BTS) think Oli London is "a loser and a weirdo".

I keep seeing this story pop up and I'm glad. If you can identify out of your biology, why not race?

I remember years ago, when I was pg with my first. I was in the que in the post office in Kentish Town and a young black guy was behind me. Noone was thinking much about anything, then a young white rasta comes in, and starts racialy abusing this guy.
It was shocking, multiple N words, the lot. He was trying to goad this young guy in to a fight so he coudl beat him up (the white guy was bigger (and, well fucking nuts))
He was accusing the black guy of staring or laughing at him (which he had not at all)
It was obvious that an acutal black person triggered this nut.

I saw the This Morning interview with this guy. He must be aware of how other people who claim to be trans racial have been treated (although mixed race people have been 'passing' for hundreds of years which is similar but considered more acceptable). Be interesting to see if he is treated as badly as Rachel Dolezal.
