All part of the plan - by the time Biden is forced to make way for Kamala Harris (and things go from worse to disastrous) the damage will already be done.

Just hope that the spotlight on the Olympics will bring this to a global stage - the US press are Bidens handmaidens but at least the rest of the world sees him for what he is

It's interesting to see how Title IX increased female participation not only in sport but in further education and reduced college drop out rates among women.

The changes to Title IX will have a greater affect young women of colour and those from lower income families who rely on sports scholarships to get a college education. It will affect all young women who participate in sport and it's very depressing. Worse still I don't think those changing the law believe in what they're doing either.

Increasing legal protection for sexual orientation seems like a good thing but I'm baffled by the inclusion of gender identity because it doesn't appear to have a universally understood definition, it's a very poorly thought out change to the law. It will be interesting to see what happens when a case makes it to court.
