Does anyone know who they are? saw a job advertised with them on a charity job site (£40k a year - seems to be a lot of money in charity work of a certain kind)
www.charityjob.co.uk/jobs/queer-britain/head-of-development/751625?tsId=15

their aim is to create an LGBTQ etc museum which is fair enough except the word Queer pricked my ears up.

if you look at their Advisory Group queerbritain.org.uk/our-team you have Christine Burns and good old Michael Cashman

'National LGBTQ+ museum,'

How are they going to deal with the big bit of history egress where queer was an insult?

"Queer" is being pushed more and more, rather than "Homosexuality" (Lesbian and Gay)* as if over writing the word(s) will make people ignore/forget the homophobic nature of gender ideologies.

*Also bi-sexuality which is based on same-sex attraction in certain relationships.

It would be interesting to see how much % space they'd plan to give over to Lesbian photos/stories/artwork. I'd eat my hat if it's more than say 40%. Or if they don't shunt "lesbian stories" off into side rooms.

@PurpleHoodie I would be surprised if lesbian stories were more than 20% to be honest. Even though there are probably more stories to be told, especially about how lesbians with children were treated when the law did not recognise lesbianism.

Sadly, I think you're correct new.
