Free artificial breasts among items on offer to trans students at Edinburgh University
Trans students at Edinburgh University are reportedly being offered free prosthetic breasts and “packers” that help give the appearance of having a penis.

Edinburgh University Students’ Association (EUSA) is said to be funding “gender-empowering” items, which also include breast-binders and compression underwear to hide male genitalia.

Why on earth is a university spending money on these things? I’d rather the spent the money on, say setting up a 3D printing facility for creating custom prosthetic limbs for children who need them.

If they're interested in 'gender empowerment', maybe they should start with courses to help their women students learn how to negotiate pay rises and break glass ceilings? (If we must call pay differentials then 'gender pay gap')

And yet if you are a female student who is struggling to pay the rent it's, 'Sex work is work!' right? I've never seen it suggested that heterosexual male students turn their arses over to ugly old men if they need to make money but it's become normalised for female students.
