It is horrible indeed. I remember the twitter discussions about Allison Phipps' take on carceral feminism fairly recently. It is absurd.

But let's take this 'training guide' from OXFAM's LGBT group and the Ofsted report about the degree of objectifying and sexual harassment and assaults taking place with our girls and then also consider organisations that are supposed to be 'caring' for women using dehumanising language and what do you get?

Girls and women being dehumanised and disempowered in 2021. You don't need to look far to see how it has happened.

And you don't need to look far to see the consequences of allowing language to be changed around women's and girl's needs.
