Ffs she's one of the few good mps we have left in Scotland. I bet this is because people want her to take over the SNP

Despite having a resounding mandate from members to introduce more transparency into the party’s finances, I have not received the support or financial information to carry out the fiduciary duties of National Treasurer. Regretfully I have resigned with immediate effect 1/2

Yes, following on from Chapman's resignation this is ... well, it's interesting.

I'm presuming their positions made them personally legally responsible and they saw issues they didn't want to take the blame for.

I don't think this is related to transideology - apart from the way that has been allowed also allowing other disreputable stuff. JC is a supporter of SNPs independence aim and she may not want to speak up to risk that. I think independence will remove the final checks on this corrupt government.
