It is all about the trans community. The fact that this impacts woman is not entertained for even a split second. Additionally, the now standard "learned" is used a lot. Obviously the only way to disagree with gender ideology is by being 'uneducated'. This is very asinine framing.

That's weird because Silverman used to (many years ago) be SO acerbically feminist and perceptive – I was sure when I saw this thread title it would be about her being GC.

I hate, HATE that thing that people do - tbf it can be any argument, but gederists do it a lot – where instead of presenting an argument or explanation they do that "OMG, I can't even" head shaking and face-pulling, to show how silly the view they're challenging is.

So she has listened to trans people to 'do better' (alongside 'educate yourself' these are my two most hates expressions)? Obviously only the 'right' ones. The ones I see on twitter are telling her that she is being a fool.

There are actually a number of Australian news commentators that lay the crazy dissonance out in very plain language. they do seem to be on sky news though.

I think people like her concentrate so much on the tone of voice and presentation that they forget to check if the content is utter shite 😀 Always the same flaring nostrils, widely swivelling eyes with lots of glances upward, the same hectoring tone...

She reminded me of that Jeffrey (Marsh??) person on Twitter. Funnier with the sound turned down so the staring and raving facial expressions can shine.

Turns out SS is as bright as the character in "Friends" she always sounds like/reminds me of - Janice.

Oh dear. I only saw a bit of this and sincerely thought she was taking the piss . And I've always imagined she is very smart and funny. What a let down.
