Although this article is in the Guardian, it is a press released published in a number of papers both in the UK and US. Quote:

Does the US not have laws that forbid discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation or gender reassignment.
Why this need to distort what words mean.
Or is this just another example that what passes for trans rights is much more about denying that women need rights.
I can believe that grown up education people in the US dont see how mad these seems.
Apparently this definition of "sex discrimnation" to include LGB and trans goes back to Obama.
In a few years there will be so few of us left who grew up and were familiar with what the word sex actually means that I suspect in the future it will only be used in relation to "having" sex with someone.
