Has anyone else seen this going around? I was disgusted to see two grown women (both mothers & one of whom I used to follow on Twitter) tweeting about it & having a good old lol about the very idea of women on Mumsnet discussing anything political - puppies and washing machines my arse!

Yep we talk about puppies and washing machines when not talking about pushchairs.

I guess we need to have a list of permitted conversation topics.

Mumsnet wasn't around when I was first a mum (she's nearly 30) but I come here for all kinds of discussion on varying topics & I've learned loads - I just hate this condescending bullshit

You see this again and again. It's like it's the acceptable face of misogyny. Of course mums couldn't possibly have any idea of the debates around sex and gender. They must have just stumbled over this when googling weaning or something.
