Today I drove past a woman wearing a ‘Woman: adult human female’ tshirt

I wanted to pull over, get out of the car and give her a massive, Covid rule-breaking hug. Honestly, it made my day. There she was, just strolling up the road in the sunshine, in her T-shirt. And I felt for a second like maybe the world isn’t completely going mad.

My friend of 20 odd years recently dumped me for being gender critical and I’ve been hurting. So that little gesture of female solidarity was very welcome today.

Thank you, adult human female woman, whoever you are!

I've bought one too - I hope the XL fits over my big boobs! I'm pregnant and the length looks like it will fit over my bump.

There's been a stickering at the University of Galway.

I was wearing my AHF T-shirt in Bristol this week so hello if you were there. It's great when people say 'Nice tshirt' which is not often but sometimes there's a small smile. Then there's the dirty looks and twice I've been called 'bigot'. I wore it today and was pleasantly taken aback when two 13yr old girls complimented it. Not the demographic I was expecting but then again it could have been for a dare.

Hibari · 27/03/2021 17:08

Gross.

FlibbertyGiblets · 27/03/2021 17:28

@Hibari

Gross.
Which bit of an adult human female is gross please? Thank you.
thinkingaboutLangCleg · 27/03/2021 17:56

Please can someone explain, why women feel the need to wear a t shirt explaining what a woman is? What else would a woman be?

The gender identity movement, which is currently very fashionable, insists that men who say they are women really are women.

WackyDuck · 27/03/2021 18:22

I can't understand how anyone would find that offensive. It's a dictionary definition for goodness sake, stated exactly as it appears in print.

Just out of interest, would a t-shirt with "Man: adult human male" be deemed offensive too?

ArabellaScott · 27/03/2021 18:31

You think women are 'gross', Hibari, we know.

toffeebutterpopcorn · 27/03/2021 18:32

There does seem to be a culture of being (real or affected) ‘outrage’ or ‘black affronted’ by anything.

Remember Kevin the teenager where he saw double entendres and smut in everything anyone said or did? It reminds me of that.

Good morning!
How dare you...

Did you sleep well?
I can’t believe you said that!

Tea or coffee?
Argghhhhhhhhhjj

I've ordered a couple of transphobic dog whistles.

I've read on trans forums that a lot of dogs are transphobic. Particularly the ones who have reason to fear men. They selfishly refuse to recognise womanly essence, and persistently misgender transwomen, which is very hateful and cruel of them.

Uh-huh.

If the Adult Human Female t-shirts are out of stock, I've come across this range of t-shirts by the (very cancelled feminist) artist Birdy Rose.

£1 from each shirt will be donated to Nia.

I often wear mine under my suit at at woke-focussed meetings.

I always make a point of flashing myself in the mirror in the ladies.

A deliciously transgressive, of somewhat childish, thrill.

toffeebutterpopcorn · 01/04/2021 20:18

Ever have the urge to rip your shirt open like superman?

CherryBowl · 01/04/2021 21:02

@toffeebutterpopcorn

About three times an hour

EmpressWitchDoesntBurn · 01/04/2021 21:17

I am going to treat myself to a t shirt (or maybe a sweatshirt if they do one - I tend to feel the cold).

I can highly recommend the hoodie. Very snuggly.

MrsLangOnionsMcWeetabix · 01/04/2021 21:20

I saw some suffragette ribbons on trees in a very conservative small town near me and it made me so happy. Am now plucking up courage for some ribboning/stickering of my own.

@toffeebutterpopcorn

I’d love to wear one to work - but I think it would be classed as mass murder or something as my office is next to several colleges and I’m. It sure who the poor wee lambs would manage the shock...
I had an adult human female lanyard that I word at work (not with my pass on) and had an informal complaint made against me as it was perceived to be from a transphobic organisation. As long as I stopped wearing it would not go to a formal complaint so I had to stop wearing it as I need my job!
toffeebutterpopcorn · 01/04/2021 22:56

Which organisation was that - womankind?

NRCS · 02/04/2021 00:01

I have a little metal case that I've used to carry tampons around in in my handbag since I was about 17. My Adult Human Female sticker fits perfectly on the top. I thought it was appropriate.

SpringTimeDream · 02/04/2021 00:04

I'd happily wear that
