Following a referral by the Attorney General's Office (AGO) under the unduly lenient sentence scheme, the Court of Appeal increased his sentence by three years in a ruling on Friday (March 19).

Quite right. He also was making an application to have his sentence reduced. I can't get over how utterly delusional some men are.

A much better outcome. Still horrified that he got away with murder.

Totally agree with you both.

Well it's a start.
If we can just stop excusing male violence and stop letting murders get away with pleading to manslaughter and using "she made me do it " as an excuse for their crimes against women that would be even better.

Pumpkinstace · 20/03/2021 11:32

Its shocking that a manslaughter plea was allowed in the first place.
