EHRC has been appalling on the conflict between women's rights abs Self ID I think and I’m not sure I trust them any further than I could through them...yet...but Baroness Kishwer Faulkner was hired last Dec and here she says she doesn’t want two PCs pitted against each other. I don't think a year ago we could have expected such a clear statement, however mild I find it. Also, Mumsnet gets a mention! This is progress...right?

I think so and I certainly hope so.

She also said that she was pleased about the language chance in the MOMA bill. Pathetic that we should be reduced to hanging on to such pitiful fragments but there we go.

This is promising. She said at her interview that she would be guided by the law. Hopefully the recent ruling on the definition of sex and the Census will help to give clarity and embolden them to be clear in their guidance.

We shouldn't have to hope should we? It's their actual job FFS.
