It's such a ridiculous, offensive bill, people in general outside of the 'civic scotland' bubble must see this?

one would hope so ... but the coverage of it has been lamentable - most people have NO idea what is going on in Parliament. They debate ran on so its going to be debated again tomorrow. I'm on the cider NOW.
