It's a real shame she didn't feel able to pursue a court case against that shameless pair, but it's very understandable that she didn't.

While it's fun to drag idiots through the courts for lying on twitter, in practice it's disproportionate to spend that amount of money and emotional energy on something so petty. No one with half a brain takes such drivel seriously.

The fact that Spero made the smart choice to look after herself and also raised money for worthwhile causes and for legal cases with a broader impact is great.
