If just Sturgeon goes than no, I don't think it'll make a difference. But if her going prompts some examination of how decisions get made within the SNP / Scottish Government then perhaps (especially if they decide that Stonewall is a bad org to be listening to)

I think the self ID stuff is more of a flag for certain tribal factions within the SNP. So, probably not. But it might depend who takes over and what their strategies are.

One good thing about the whole unsavoury spectacle is that support for the SNP and independence is dropping. Sturgeon and Salmond slugging it out in a mire of corruption allegations is a great way to open voters’ eyes to what a grubby and unpleasant party of power grabbing narcissists the SNP really are.
And you need feel no feminist solidarity with Sturgeon. She has trashed women’s rights purely to out-woke England and to chase the teenage vote. Despicable.

This sums up my thoughts exactly, I felt guilty for wanting her to fail but fuck it, she doesn’t deserve (or want apparently) my type of feminism.

I don't know if it'd be great for the country overall to have hte FM chucked out for breaking ministerial code.
