I agree, but if their Twitter account is anything to go by they aren't listening.

They might listen if they know they lose money by refusing to use the proper words for their female customers.

People literally take offence at anything, get over it as life is too short to be up in arms.

So it shouldn't be a problem if they just stuck to the original language and just said women then? It's just "people" taking offence at anything, why not just offend the very small amount of trans people vs potentially almost 50% of the population?
