The EHRC, the NHS, the Department of Education, the ONS, the latest Maternity bill that fails to mention women and on and on. Have they stopped any of them? No. Has DofEducation guidance been ignored? Yes. Are we fighting a NHS trust on puberty blockers? Yes. Is incorrect guidance on the Equalities Act still being peddled to government departments by Stonewall? Yes. Are we taking Police Authorities to court over recording of 'hate' incidents? Yes.
Where does it stop? When do they put their foot down and start clarifying the law? Or sending bills back and telling therm to redraft it to include the word woman?
I think they are either behind this or too cowardly to take a stand. Either way the result is the same.
