I'm English and so I haven't followed the Scottish Hate Crimes Bill business as well as I possibly ought to have done. But I saw this and it looks absolutely insane - have other people seen it?

I think it will be subjected to judicial review if it ever passes and it may struggle with such statements as we can’t say tw are biological males because that is a universal truth regardless of how hurtful it may be to tw.
