Not great at getting threads started but this is important. And probably what has happened with this independent, locally developed service is something others elsewhere in the country are vulnerable to. The importance of locally embedded services in building trust so that women report DV was studied by a couple of lse academics with reference to Rise, who incidentally made a fantastic response to recent parliamentary report against the background of a ‘difficult’ loc background
