Yes, it's a Daily Mail link but give them their due I haven't seen any other paper carrying the story.

Dreadful story - she should not have been charged with murder while defending her children as well as herself. The petition is in Turkish but I signed as the news report explains it.

I signed. The Mail is often the only paper to carry reports like this. The btl comments are overwhelmingly sympathetic.
