Wouldn't you be better off calling it the 'Sex-based Equality Blog'.

It is SEX that's the protected characteristic by law, not gender. You cannot raise a discrimination case on the basis of gender.

Made the mistake of assuming you were in the U.K., sorry.

You might want to be clearer about what you mean by a man or woman for your statistics to have any meaning?

Are you capturing stats by sex or by identity aka Biden's new proposals?

Sex not gender. Gender is meaningless now.
