Are you on Twitter or Spinster? If so the easiest way is to message the Ovarit account directly.

I'd heard of Spinster but not Ovarit or 4W.

It's good that women are grouping online, and I'm still eternally grateful that Mumsnet hasn't banned the feminist forum from here despite immense pressure from anti woman activists.
