Help Transgender Trend put it right

Here's a good cause for the new year.

Last year saw two big victories for child safeguarding -- the judicial review protecting children from medical experimentation with puberty blockers, and the new Dept of Education guidance that lobby groups promoting ‘born in the wrong body’ ideas should not be used in schools.

Transgender Trend was active in both cases, and has been working tirelessly for the past five years to protect children from harm. Now they have launched a Putting It Right crowdfunder. They say:

In Healthcare, this year we will be focusing on the 17 – 25 years age group who are not protected by the court judgment and are extremely vulnerable in adult services. In Education, there is much damage to undo. We will continue in our consultancy role with policy-makers to ensure that gender identity ideology is taken out of the classroom.

Well worth digging for.

TT are always so calm and rational - even in the face of the usual misogynistic abuse from tras. Will happily dig - especially after their intervention in Keira's case.

Despite the rain I popped out earlier to dig. This is such an important cause. So much damage has been done, in schools especially, and there is a lot of work still to be done to put it right. Transgender Trend work so incredibly hard, with safeguarding of children and young people always the priority - how they have achieved so much with so little funding is beyond belief.

DS has two friends in this age group, both male, who have suddenly become trans.

TT are amazing and Stephanie always takes the time to respond to me when I contact her- she’s been an absolute angel over the past year or so for our family. It’s been quite snowy here today but I’ll be getting my wellies on first thing tomorrow morning to see what digging can be done.

Thanks HecatesCats . I've just read that horrifying report from TT. The regulatory capture of therapeutic organisations by self interested activists and their useful idiot allies using tactics of untruths, fake stats and intimidation.
The repeated use of adult ideologies / actions being overlaid on to children and treating them as mini adults thus undermining informed consent. And now of course, "regulatory bodies" being silent and quietly reverse ferreting as the court cases / problems emerge rather than having the moral courage to stand up and acknowledge that errors have been made resulting in children being harmed.

I have no words for such cowardice.
