I would have hoped that a professor would look at what the protected characteristics in the EA2010 actually ARE before submitting evidence.

I suspect she knows what the protected characteristics are.

Looking at some of the submissions on JCJ's thread, the use of sex and gender interchangeably is making my head hurt. I suspect is in intentional, but it makes me so bloody cross
