Bernadette Hyland is putting up posts on her blog Lipstick Socialist about the the Irish in Britain Representaion Group which was active in the 1980s and 1990s. Bernadette was national chair of the orgainsation for three years . My aunt was a member. They were very media savvy and professional iirc. And you didn't have to be fully on board with Sinn Féin. What were they like on women's issues?
