Having been falsely accused and then charged by West Yorkshire Police for a non-crime this year, I feel pretty distressed reading this judgment and thinking about what the victim has gone through. It will stay with her for a long time

I hope Kate takes action against them. It looks like she may be interested in doing so. One to keep an eye on.

I know.
Two years of her life.
I lost 5 months till it reached the CPS. It was harrowing. Two years I don’t think I could have handled

The tort would be malicious prosecution.
