What's the best way to show Keira Bell how much we appreciate her?

Sorry, I know there is another thread on Keira's amazing victory yesterday, but it's not taking any more comments and I cant read through it all.

I know Keira has been on MN before, so may be she will see all of our comments from yesterday, but I am just struck by how incredibly brave that young woman has been and continues to be. And now ridiculous BBC journalists are somehow ignoring the 30+ pages of considered legal judgement which found that the best interests of children was NOT to rush them onto hormone treatments and are instead basically telling Keira their misery is her fault. It's beyond belief.

The emotional depths Keira will need to be digging into to survive this are beyond my comprehension. Here I am, a middle aged woman and mother with many advantages in life, and I cant even tweet to her my respect and thanks and admiration because I cannot handle the inevitable fall out for my career and private life. I know I am not the only one by a long shot who is in that position.

So, what can we do? How do we show her how utterly amazing she is? How do we thank her? I know she cr0wd fund3d her case, but is more needed? Is there some way we can help her more directly, personally? Or just show our appreciation? As I write this I think that may be what's really needed is more of us to "come out" as GC. I'll need to think about that. I'm not sure I'm as brave as Keira. But short of that, what else can we do?

I did think i might not be allowed to put it. Yeh, she was Quincy and legally still is but luckily isn't made of glass and thusly doesn't shatter into pieces of hate crime legislation if she's referred to as such. TRA really do need a new songbook.

I just want to add my voice to those expressing admiration for Keira in particular, and also Mrs A and Stephanie. You have all achieved such a good and important thing. Generations of children will benefit from your bravery and hard work.

baddaytoquitsmoking please tell Keira thank you so much for taking this on, and for having the courage to tell her story, over and over again, in such a clear and calm way. It must have been so hard to have to tell all those personal details about her life and her body ... but I think in doing that she will have got so many people to see this issue in a new light. She took on the courts, the NHS, the TRAs all at once - and she won.

Thanks so much to all who have chipped in - I really do think history will view Keira’s case as a key point in this era’s fight for the rights of women and children.
Keira has, at 23, been through so much and has been so extraordinarily brave, composed and resolute, she definitely deserves to treat herself this Xmas.

(PS, from what I have witnessed from afar, Badday and Keira really do seem to be, as the youth might say, ‘couple goals’ 😍)
