He contacted witnesses on his private phone - bombarding then and sexting, sending pictures of his erect penis whilst at work. 
I’m glad to see that the police officer has been dismissed but there does not seem to be any mention of this being subject to criminal proceedings.
I know there are laws regarding teacher’s behaviour with students but what about between police officers and ‘vulnerable?’ members of the public?
Does anyone know?
