No idea how I managed to stumble across this article but this is how they are describing women:

"A person who has a vulva can become pregnant only during ovulation"

A person with a vulva. Well isn't that lovely Hmm

Out of the medical context, this language is also obscene as well as offensive. You can't go around referring to people by their genitals.
