Charity dealing with Women's Rights

DH's mum died at the beginning of the year and left us some money. We agreed to give some to charity and have already various which we support already and she supported in the past. However, as a one of I would like to give a lump (not massive - around £200) to a charity which works for women's rights - either here or overseas. But it is fraught with difficulty now from what I can see in who classes women as women. I want a charity who truly supports biological women's rights.

Any suggestions gratefully received.

Vancouver Rape Relief provides services to biological women only and has been hounded by transactivists as a result. This has led to them losing funding from Vancouver City Council so they are always in need of donations.

I bought multiple Ickabogs so was reading about www.volanttrust.org/ who support women & children. Given its JKR you can br confident she means biological women.

Feel free to check my previous threads posted. The CWJ has been there for me when the police system has not, they support the need (among other things) for justice for rape and abuse victims in a broken system.

They have provided an amazing barrister to create a victims right to review for me and are ceaseless in trying to support me and others, challenging the increase in rough sex being used as defence and many many other things and they rely on charitable contributions and pro Bono work.

Thanks all, much appreciated.

@DrizzleandDamp I'm sorry you've had cause to use the CWJ.

I don't think the Volant Trust is a charity, but rather a way of JKR giving money to charities. I certainly couldn't figure out how to donate to it.

I've instead made my (early) Christmas charitable donations to Women for Women and the CWJ - thank you for the recommendations.
