I've looked at my work places equality policy.
It blatantly says gender where it should say sex and the section on gender recognition is so much larger than the other protected characteristics and they whole thing reads like it's been written just for trans.
I am not confident in challenging it myself in the current climate.
I happily challenged the schools and won.
Could we set up a strangers on the train type system where I challenge someone else's works place policy and they challenge mine?
I work for a charity if that makes a difference?
