Love her. So great to hear an American accent exposing the nonsense. Black birthing bodies is such an insult to black women, in terms of impact it goes way beyond any discomfort that might be caused to the tiny minority of transmen who give birth. It's absolutely shocking.

That was a weird experience to me - she sounds exactly like my cousin. the same accent, language, inflection, hand gestures. It's like they turned my cousin into a black woman.

That being said, I think this will appeal to people who already agree with her and are angry about it more than people sitting on the fence.

I wondered a bit about the "black bodies" business, and what she felt about it more generally. It seems to have become sort of an accepted rhetorical flourish within antiracism groups, and I think that preexisted the addition of "birthing". The idea that it's dehumanising seem like it should apply to both uses.

I also thought that she was pretty easy on Biden and Kamala given that their platform explicitly endorses gender ideology.

Well, the woman in the original video does reject the word lesbian because it's associated with women who are solely sexually attracted to other women, so on balance I think that's a positive. The fact that she frames it as a bad thing to be is obviously hideously bigoted, but that's wokery for you.
