Can Trump repeal it if he gets in? Amy Coney Barrett's nomination has got me worried, and Trump will no doubt want to appeal to the fundie crowd as abortion is such a big issue for them.

I'm worried too OP but I've heard that it's settled law and there is no appetite to change it across America so at Federal level it might be ok.

I don't know enough about it but I have my fingers crossed that it's not as bad as it seems, though State by State it could be different.

I recommend watching ITVs America's was on Abortion though it's pretty harrowing.
