Feminist Charity Christmas Cards?

It's that time of year again, and I think I'm allowed to say the C word now Halloween is past! Does anyone know of any feminist charities that sell Christmas cards, or at least charities that know what a woman is and have taken a stand on the point? I like to get in a little propaganda with my festive wishes Wink

The Radical Tea Towel Company have some nice suffrage themed ones:

Though not charity per se.

Some brilliant cards there starlings, and other things - you might have just cost me a fortune!

Currently out of stock, but sreepur village do Christmas cards, with 100% of profit going straight back to the village. I've bought from them before

The blurb says:

Sreepur Cards are high quality individually hand-crafted charity greetings cards made from locally sourced natural products. They are made in rural Bangladesh by the women of the Sreepur Village Outreach Project.
The producer group have Fair Trade recognition and are able to work from home without neglect of childcare.
All proceeds from the sale of cards are returned to the Sreepur Village, home to more than 500 abandoned children and more than 100 destitute women.

Standing for women have some good Christmas tree cards www.standingforwomen.com/product-page/christmas-cards-pack-of-ten
This year they also have a card that identifies as a card.

I was going to suggest the Miscarriage Association ansi always Sontag to them, but I just checked their website and they seem to be afraid to speak about women now, it’s all “people who have experienced miscarriage” etc. FFS.

Sorry weird typo - was supposed to read “and I always donate to them”

quickkimchi · 01/11/2020 23:11

I've donated to the Fistula Foundation in lieu of cards (well we send a photo ecard with a notation that we've donated). If they don't know what a woman is Idk who does, the website vocab is upfront about women and obstetrics.

Greencoatblue · 01/11/2020 23:36

OMG I feel so ignorant quickkimchi I had no idea about fistula despite coming from a family where midwives are common! I shall be asking for donations to this charity instead of gifts this Christmas. If Covid has taught me anything it's I don't need "things" Thanks so much for your link.

I've ordered some from Standing for women but I rather loved this from their website
