Just came across this while following a couple of threads on Twitter. Looks as if it could be useful/ important. The title is One Size Does Not Fit All: In Support of Psychotherapy for Gender Dysphoria. On a very quick reading it seems to undercut the idea that the only and best thing to do for those who present with gender dysphoria is to affirm them:

I wonder if someone here could add it to our growing archive or library of scientific evidence.

Why anyone would advocate against working towards evidence-based safe and effective healthcare for any group of people is beyond me.

The affirmation-only position seems to wholly discount the needs and best interests of the young ROGD females in particular.

Only a small number of people whose self-interest doesn't allow for equal concern for vulnerable young women, I suppose.

Nobody is forcing me back into trousers.

I'm wearing trousers today. Pretty sure I haven't transitioned and I didn't need to ask permission or anything. Hmm
