I just saw this mentioned on Sky News a few mins ago, in a segment about giving birth, where all the contributors were women.
It makes me so angry - Is it really so hard to just say that women give birth, and leave it at that....do they have to caveat it with 'or birthing people' to appease the baying mob?
Sorry for the rant, I'm usually a lurker on here but when you start to notice the shift in language you realise it has seeped in everywhere.
WOMEN....women give birth!!!
