A few seasons ago they did an episode called The Cissy where Cartman pretends to be trans so he can get his own fancy bathroom. But all he does is sticks a bow in his hair.

The Pandemic Special is also great!

Where is everyone watching the pandemic special? Searching online suggests its not available yet in the UK yet. I found a 2008 pandemic 2-parter in the iTunes store, probably SARS.
