Are there people who are still arguing puberty blockers are reversible and there's nothing wrong with taking teens down the hormonal route?

Those voices seem to have got a bit quieter, are they rethinking (excellent), backtracking and rewriting history, or planning their next move?

Hormone route. Most teens are hormonal!

Puberty blockers are still pretty much reversible on TRA twitter:

mobile.twitter.com/search?q=puberty%20blockers%20reversible%20&src=typed_query&f=live

Have a read. Be struck by how often it looks like a religious and not scientific position.

It was twitter I was thinking about actually. Depressing.

Jolyon Maugham, the World Expert in Absolutely Fucking Everything, definitely thinks they are.

Our favourite dr isn't happy either

Although he did steer clear if commenting about the safety if the drugs and focused on the perceived threat to gillick competence

Puberty blockers are irrelevant because of the benefits of cross sex hormones i suspect is the next upcoming narrative.

It's called 'feminizing hormone therapy' at the Mayo clinic and 16 is the start age. www.mayoclinic.org/tests-procedures/feminizing-hormone-therapy/about/pac-20385096 This is US but it's the whole package of medication and some cross sex hormone issues are highlighted. This is probably their get out of jail clause at the minute.

Feminizing hormone therapy isn't for all transgender women, however. Feminizing hormone therapy can affect your fertility and sexual function and cause other health problems. Your doctor can help you weigh the risks and benefits.

It would be interesting to know if Juno Dawson has changed their stance since January. They obviously were on the same page as Mermaids and couldn’t understand why ‘transphobes’ were making out that puberty blockers were anything other than totally safe and totally reversible.

To make such pronouncements without obviously carrying out ANY research is highly irresponsible and rather worrying considering they were due to release ‘What’s the T’ ‘an indispensable resource’ for trans and non-binary ‘kids‘. Hachettekids (and Juno Dawson allegedly) decided to postpone its release in July this year ‘while there is so much uncertainty around trans rights in the U.K.’ - nothing to do with court cases, the ditching of the ‘born in the wrong body’ notion by Mermaids et al, changes to NHS guidance etc... it’s just all about ‘the rights’ and how ‘cruel’ all these scientists, judges, medical experts, psychologists, parents and detransitioners are being Hmm

I honestly hope they are paying heed to the information that came out these past couple of days. And examining it and reflecting. They have a large young adult following. They owe it to their readership to not gloss over the truth.

The people I've spoken to online base that belief on the use of puberty blockers on girls who have precocious puberty; which is not the same as using them through puberty followed by cross sex hormones. But my goodness they don't like you pointing that out.
