I got a letter from JK's office :D

Just wanted to share as I'm so chuffed.

It came on yellow paper inside a hand-written envelope with a Harry Potter stamp so, as I was pulling it out, for a split second I genuinely thought it might be a Hogwarts acceptance letter

Sadly it wasn't (tbf I think my presence at Hogwarts would be a safeguarding issue since I'd be the oldest pupil by about 15 years) but it was a lovely response from JK's office sincerely thanking me for my letter of support.

Am ridiculously pleased. And also impressed that, for a minute there, she made me feel like a kid again

There is a walk I do, along a tree-lined, but open path/lane. And there is something about its configuration that genuinely makes me think that I could fly down it.

I think that has made me love her just a little bit more.

I had one too - complete with Harry Potter stamp. I think it's great that she has her office doing this.

I bought her latest book yesterday, as a gesture of support.
Normally I wait until they appear in the charity shop.

I got one a couple of weeks ago too. Felt very warm and fuzzy for the day . Enjoy basking in the glow of it.

I had an email straight away after I thanked her when she first began speaking out. I have kept it . I bought her book this week too.
