The sheer scope that they are seeking is crazy. We are literally handing them the power over the whole organisation. I can't believe that equality training would seek to have total and utter control over every aspect of an organisation. It's absolutely outrageous.

I think approaching it from that view - that it's unacceptable to hand over so much control to an unregulated lobby group - is probably likely to be more effective than taking ishoooo with the substance of their material.

Also, they seem to have scant regard for the Equality Act 2010 in terms of what they actually say about sex based rights.

Yes, it's an absolute minefield.
