Stonewall help

So we have spotted some stonewall stuff on our work PC, internal blogs about stonewall, being inclusive, using pronouns etc.... how do i challenge my, very large, company for using stonewall, what resources can i use to show they are misrepresenting EA2010?

In such a large organisation will it be hard to to find out specifically who is engaging with Stonewall directly? The TRA approach is to Stonewash individuals afterall.

Refer to the section of the EA2010 that specifically ringfences women's rights under single sex exemptions (including what to do wrt trans) and state this is a matter of consern to you in the current climate. I guess, from a "raising awareness" angle.

Most people including politicians/CEOs/The police don't actually have the first clue about the law wrt rights surrounding women/transwomen even though it's right there in black and white.

Here's one example
Schedule 3, Part 7, Sections 26-28 and examples are set out in the Equality Act: “If a service is used by one or more people or involves physical contact between a user and someone else and that other person may reasonably object if the user is of the opposite sex”.

You can try the “oh how brilliant we’re going to be inclusive! This is so great - which orgs will you be bringing in to talk about issues around including ppl with disabilities, older people, people of other faiths and races and how we as a company can be more accommodating of parents?”

Enthusiastically support the principle of inclusivity by constantly bringing up all the protected characteristics and how wonderful it is the company is going to be addressing them all because it will be won’t it? And then adopt a puzzled “but why just this group then?” When they undoubtedly show they in fact have no plans

And just keep asking for it to be explained why it’s so much more important to include this group over any others
