Is anyone else getting this or is it related to my internet history?

Not seen that but I get loads of adverts for lacey mens underwear and other gender non conforming items of clothing.

YouTube thinks I’m a man. Just a boring old manly-man, the dicky kind in trousers.

All of those types of ads are based on your internet history - it's generated by Google's ad service.

I don't think all the adverts are based on your search history. Some is also based on your perceived age and gender. Apparently women of my age are very interested in contraptions to remove ear wax. The accompanying photos are very graphic and nauseating. I should search for random products, then maybe I'll get adverts for those things instead.

The papers keep saying that the tech giants know more about us than we do, which is a bit concerning as I get lots of adverts for mobility aids, incontinence underwear and hearing aids

I just get that stuff by post... woolen twinsets and garden tools that avoid kneeling

I'm getting school clothing labels and breast pumps. That's off the mark by a decade or so.
