It's so fucking depressing.

After TRAs tried to hijack her movement Collage Feminicide, denouncing domestic violence and the murder of women, Marguerite set up a space for women in a squat, called L'Amazone, where women could go to support each other, remember murdered women, practice art, etc. A male trans-ally in the squat then changed the locks so the women couldn't go there anymore.

Then other TRAs turned up and they graffitied a penis on the wall with the words "That's life" next to a collage remembering a woman who had been murdered by her husband They're using this space they've invaded to do real productive stuff, like partying and posing for photos with dildos

It's pure spite. How can anyone defend this? Nasty, nasty fuckers. Marguerite has had to move from her home multiple times because of the threats.

I've never felt so hopeless in my life, I'm terrified for our future. This isn't about inclusion, this is a hate fuelled takeover and it's happening all over the world. What can we do :(

Interesting women. Difficult to find out much more information than was on the thread as most article's in French/behind paywall.

Keep reminding people that far right groups are recruiting men and encouraging them to use violence and sexual violence against women. This is Fascism.

These signs are in my street/quartier and in many others. They are regularly vandalised.

Another concurrent campaign is the renaming of streets after murdered women.
