Just to mention that it is important to vote RON after your choices as this does affect the voting.

There is a seriously vile group of subversives in GPEW who are determined to take over the Party for ther own agendas. They are not Greens in any way that I recognise and are vicious in their ways of operating.

Tomorrow (Monday 31st) is the last day for voting too - polls close at 10 pm.

Just voting now. Can anyone explain, in the case that you only want one option eg. Shahrar Ali do you put:

Shahrar Ali 1st
Re-open nominations 2nd

Then do you leave the other candidates as "no preference" or do you rank them 3rd and 4th?

Thanks

GreenieFingers · 31/08/2020 04:06

@GreenUp
If you only wish to vote for one candidate (e.g. Shahrar), you would vote:
Shahrar Ali 1st
R-open Nominations 2nd
Others No Preference

If not, you would be allocating votes against the candidate(s) who you do not wish to win.

Good luck and I hope you get your choices in post! (But only of course if they are the same as mine Wink)

Thank you GreenieFingers for explaining.

Just put my votes in for the GC candidates - hopefully some of them will get selected!

Do you know anything about this?

Hearing that the Green Party leadership election count has been delayed until 9th September (voting closes in a few days), for reasons which aren't entirely clear...
One source suggests it relates to a complaint. Greens, get in touch...

Sorry, I don't know about that. LFF was the rag that printed the scurrilous allegations and creative spin about the GP. We have our suspicions regarding the leak source who is malicious and dangerous and one of those with a very personal agenda that is not a GC platform.
