We’re at a crossroads, gender non-conforming people face increasing pressure to pick a side and conform to regressive gender norms. This conference will explore what it means to be gender non-conforming today, how non-conforming people face pressure to alter their bodies or change their identities, and the ways women’s achievements and protections are at risk by misguided efforts to redefine the meaning of sex. Among our speakers is a gender non-conforming gay man, a lesbian film maker, medical professionals, and activists from around the globe. Join us for this marathon 13–hour long conference and dive into how enforcing gender norms affects you!
Each speaker session is about 30-45 minutes long. (Virtual program with schedule details coming soon). You can pop in and out of the conference throughout the day, taking breaks to mingle (virtually) with other attendees, just like at a conference with a physical location. We’ve created attendee chat rooms so you can connect with other people questioning gender ideology. Make new friends, share your story, ask questions. (Note: To watch the conference and chat on Discord at the same time you'll need a laptop or desktop computer (or two handheld devices) as Zoom and Discord can't both be open on a smartphone at the same time).
