Hi, I have written a new blog for WPUK entitled Making Policies Equality Act Compliant womansplaceuk.org/2020/07/20/making-policies-equality-act-compliant/ It is loosely based on a talk I gave (with brilliant barrister Julian Norman) at the Women's Liberation Conference. You will note that I was educated by this site on the concept of Chesterton's Fence (which I now use a lot in my training work) so many thanks for that. I hope you find it interesting. Please note it is for general discussion and not specific advice, for which you should consult a lawyer. Keep up the good work of ensuring all equality rights are considered Best wishes Audrey Ludwig

Thank you, Audrey. You and Julian Norman are inspirational.

A lot of women lawyers have our backs, and I appreciate that it must be a very difficult professional choice, standing for women in this way and in this climate. It is valued more than I can tell you.

Brilliant work, thank you.

Audrey, I was at that talk and you and Julian were excellent. I've also found it really useful since then, so brilliant to see it written up as an article - thank you so much for doing that, and for all you do!

Really clear blog, thank you. That equality impact assessment is quite something!

Excellent - and thank you.
This needs to go to every headteacher, local authority, company and organisation who has removed single sex spaces. Not to mention certain lobby groups at the centre of so much mis advice / mis information.

Excellent resource
