Yes, I actually find it really disturbing to look at. Glad most of twitter seem to agree. Unbelievable in 2020.

The first reply tweet made me laugh but the second... I mean I do believe trans people deserve dignity and health care, but is there really any need to make this about trans rights on a thread about maternity care?

Wow in one of the replies the only women present in then being shown in a separate meeting with her maternity and nursing colleagues which are all women.

They couldn't even allow two of them in the room.
