I looked at the Safe Schools Alliance website today because of the Asda thread and decided to look at the policy for the school my eldest is starting at in September. Unfortunately the policy seems to only mention gender and I would like to raise this with them using the template letter and fact sheet.
I wondered if anyone else had tackled this and how their school had responded. I am a bit hesitant about starting our relationship with the school over this!
