books for an eleven year old girl - your advice on 2 questions please

1 - Is Delusions of Gender suitable for a clever 11 year old?

2 - I would like to give her a book about girls' puberty which is kind, factual, practical and not full of transy stuff. Any recommendations?

Don't know why Amazon go on about her hula hooping in the blurb.She hardly mentions it in the book.My daughters both found it really useful.Both read it from 9/10 years old.
