At last a very few women's groups have got together to respond to Liz Truss' comments to the Womens and Equalities Committee.

And sadly does not include Women's Aid, Rape Crisis, Fawcett or Women's Resource Centre, 3 of which are meant to represent women's services and one campaigns on women's rights.

Expect a flurry of media coverage - not.

Women in lockdown, with jobs, children, family responsibilities, voluntary work and heaven knows what else to deal with. Yet they pulled this together in 24 hours, TEN separate women's groups, all with their own agendas, yet agreement was reached on a joint statement.
